We are a team of friendly, experienced and dedicated trainers led by Specialised Master Trainer Nonie Yung to guide you on your path to optimal health and well-being.
We offer private, semi-private and small group classes in Pilates, SOMATICS movement, The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Method. We cater for clients of all ages and abilities, from children to the elderly, from high level athletes to rehabilitative cases. Our training is as unique as each of our clients and we always take great care to provide exceptional and personalised training programmes that will help guide you to your optimal state of balance in your health and well-being.
Nonie Studio Hong Kong is one of Asia's premier teacher training studios for GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. Teaching Training Courses are held throughout the year at our Studio by Specialised Master Trainer Nonie Yung and other visiting Authorised and Specialised Master Trainers from overseas. Nonie also provides trainings around Asia (Taiwan - Taipei and Taitung, Singapore and mainland China) and Australia.
We offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® teacher training courses in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and our daily classes are taught in a variety of languages including Japanese and Spanish.
